HOW Beauty is a permanent makeup studio in Gangnam, Seoul. We do Lip Blush Seoul guests fly in for, brow PMU built around your own hair pattern, eyeliner, and scalp micropigmentation that fills a thinning hairline. Two founding directors and five senior artists work here, and the studio is rated 5.0 on Google from 71 reviews.
The service most guests come to HOW Beauty for. A dark or blue-toned lip is neutralised first, then the colour goes in — so the result still reads clearly on a face with no makeup on it. Pair it with a lip line and we can extend the upper lip at the same time. Lip Blush alone is ₩500,000; with the full lip line it is ₩800,000.
Our PMU Gangnam prices, area by area. Five groups — lip, eye, brow, scalp SMP and lash — and every scalp micropigmentation area is priced per session. The technique is chosen in the consultation from your hair type, skin tone and the density you want, so the recommendation for the same area can differ between two guests.

Why guests choose HOW Beauty
Permanent makeup stays with you for years, so the studio spends most of its time on the part that happens before any pigment goes in.

We take colour out before we put colour in.
A lip that reads dark or blue will dull down whatever shade you put over it. Our Lip Blush starts with a neutralisation pass and only then builds the colour — which is why it heals clear instead of muddy.
CHAPTER · 02
A brow technique is a choice, not a price tier.
Natural microblending ₩250,000, shadow brows ₩350,000, soft shadow and hairstroke ₩400,000 each. You pick by hair type, not by cost: coarse hair holds a hairstroke, thin or oily skin holds a soft shadow far longer.
CHAPTER · 03
Scalp work is split into sessions.
Hairline, parting and crown are ₩490,000 per session each, and we deliberately do not finish in one sitting. Push the density too fast and the dots read as blotches, so the next session is dialled in from how the last one healed.

Where is HOW Beauty?

What are your opening hours?
We are open every day from 10:00 to 20:00, with no regular closing day. Everything runs by appointment, so message us first on whichever channel you use — Instagram DM, KakaoTalk, LINE or WhatsApp.
How much is Lip Blush?
Lip Blush on its own is ₩500,000. With an upper lip line it is ₩750,000, and with the full upper and lower line ₩800,000. If you only want the line, the upper overline is ₩300,000 and the full upper and lower is ₩450,000. These are our international guest prices.
Can you do Lip Blush on naturally dark lips?
Yes — that is what the neutralisation pass is for. Putting colour straight onto a dark or blue-toned lip makes it heal muddy, so we correct the base tone first and then build the blush. Very dark lips may need a retouch rather than finishing in one appointment, and we will say so in the consultation rather than after.
How many scalp micropigmentation sessions will I need?
Hairline, parting and crown are each ₩490,000 per session. How many sessions depends on your scalp and the density you want, so it is decided in the consultation. We spread the work deliberately: pushing density in one sitting makes the dots read as blotches, so each session is adjusted from how the previous one healed.
Which brow technique should I choose?
Choose by hair type, not by price. Natural microblending is ₩250,000, shadow brows ₩350,000, and soft shadow and hairstroke brows ₩400,000 each. Coarse hair with visible direction holds a hairstroke well; thin or oily skin holds a soft shadow far longer. We will look and recommend in person.
Can I request a specific artist?
Bookings are not taken by name. We assign from the two founding directors, MATA and KUOR, and five senior associate artists, matching the artist to the service you want and to your experience and budget preferences. If experience with one specific procedure matters to you, say so when you message us.
Do you speak English?
Yes — English, Japanese and Chinese. We run Instagram DM, KakaoTalk, LINE and WhatsApp, so you can use whichever messenger you already have. Our full international guest price list is published on this page, so there is no surprise at the counter.
Do you also do lash perms?
We do. A basic K-beauty lash perm is ₩70,000, and ₩90,000 with a black tint or a nourishing treatment. Many guests add it to the same visit as their permanent makeup — mention it when you book and we will schedule the two back to back.
